How we handle information submitted through this site, the terms that govern its use, and our commitment to keeping it usable for everyone.
PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: August 21, 2026
1. Introduction
Stuart Boatworks LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit stuartboatworks.com (our "Website") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
By accessing or using our Website, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use our Website.
2. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website:
Personal Information. Information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, and telephone number ("Personal Information"). You provide this to us directly when you complete a contact form, request information about a build, subscribe to updates, or otherwise correspond with us.
Build and Owner Information. If you commission a boat, we collect and retain information relating to your vessel, including hull identification, specifications, options selected, delivery details, and service history.
Usage Details. As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, referring URLs, pages viewed, and dates and times of access.
Technologies Used. These technologies include cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies. The Website uses Google Analytics to measure and report traffic, the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the performance of search and display advertising. These services may collect information about your visit and may combine it with information collected across other websites.
We do not collect payment card information through this Website. All financial transactions relating to a boat purchase are handled separately under a written agreement.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small data files stored by your browser. We use them in three categories:
Essential cookies are required for the Website to function, load pages correctly, and remember basic preferences. The Website will not operate properly without them.
Analytics cookies tell us how many people visited a page, how they arrived, and which content is useful. These are set by Google Analytics.
Advertising cookies allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant advertising to people who have visited our Website. These are set by the Meta Pixel and Google Ads.
You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of the Website may become inaccessible or fail to function properly. You may also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and manage advertising preferences through the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info/choices.
4. Use of Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:
- To present our Website and its contents to you
- To respond to your inquiries and provide information about our boats and build process
- To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including build agreements and warranty administration

- To measure, operate, and improve our advertising, and to show relevant advertising to people who have visited our Website
- To improve our Website and understand how visitors use it

- In any other way we may describe when you provide the information
- For any other purpose with your consent
5. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Information. We have never sold it and we have no interest in doing so.
We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
We may disclose Personal Information that we collect or you provide:
- To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business, including our website host and content delivery network, our customer relationship and communications platform, and our analytics and advertising providers

- To a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, reorganization, dissolution, or sale of assets
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it
- With your consent
- To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request
- To enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others
Service providers are contractually obligated to keep Personal Information confidential and to use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
6. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content
Our Website contains links to and content embedded from third-party websites, including engine manufacturers, video platforms such as YouTube, social media platforms, and our sister company Islamorada Boatworks. If you click a third-party link or load a page containing embedded third-party content, that provider may collect information about you and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
These external sites and services are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
7. Text Messages
If you provide your telephone number and consent to be contacted by text message, we may send you messages regarding your inquiry, your build, or your boat. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your telephone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
8. Data Retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as there is an active or reasonably anticipated conversation. We retain build and owner records for the life of the vessel, as these records are necessary to support the boat, administer warranty obligations, and serve subsequent owners. We may retain certain information as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
9. Your Rights and Choices
You may request that we:
- Provide access to the Personal Information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your Personal Information
- Cease sending marketing communications
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] or call 772.600.7121.
We may be unable to comply with a deletion request where retention is necessary to complete a transaction, fulfill the terms of a written warranty, comply with a legal obligation, or otherwise exercise or defend legal claims.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law, including in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia. These generally include the rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. Because we use advertising technologies that may constitute cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state laws, you may opt out by contacting us at the address above or by using the browser and industry controls described in Section 3. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
10. Children Under 13
Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe we have received information from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to our Website, and any transmission is at your own risk. Do not transmit financial account numbers, payment card information, or other sensitive financial information through our contact forms or by email.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Website after we make changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms of Use govern use of the Website only. The purchase of a vessel is governed by a separate written build agreement executed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and a signed build agreement, the build agreement controls with respect to the vessel.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, photography, video, drawings, hull designs, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The Stuart Boatworks name, the Stuart Boatworks logo, model designations, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
You may access and print material from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use in evaluating our vessels. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on our Website except as expressly permitted above.
Copyright Complaints. If you believe material on this Website infringes your copyright, notify us at [email protected] with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material on our Website, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We will review and respond promptly.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website, or which may harm the Company or users of the Website
- To use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Website
- To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website
4. Specifications, Options, Pricing, and Availability
We build semi-custom vessels. Each hull is built to order and no two are identical. We revise and improve our designs on a continuing basis.
All specifications, dimensions, weights, capacities, drafts, deadrise figures, fuel and water capacities, horsepower ratings, standard equipment, optional equipment, and performance information published on this Website are provided for general informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Weights and performance figures vary materially with engine selection, options, equipment, load, and conditions. Photographs and video frequently depict vessels equipped with optional equipment that is not standard.
Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer to sell, a price quotation, a guarantee of availability, a guarantee of build or delivery time, or a representation or warranty of performance. Pricing, lead times, specifications, and equipment are binding only when set forth in a written quotation or build agreement signed by an authorized representative of the Company. If any specification is material to your purchasing decision, request written confirmation from us before relying on it.
5. Engine and Component Information
We install Yamaha outboard engines exclusively. Performance bulletins, specifications, manuals, and other materials published by Yamaha or by any other component manufacturer are the property of those manufacturers, are subject to their terms, and are provided or linked for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for third-party manufacturer content, and inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
6. Owner Photographs and Testimonials
Photographs, videos, and written testimonials from vessel owners are published with permission. Owner statements reflect the individual experience of that owner with that specific vessel and are not a representation, prediction, or guarantee of the experience, performance, or results any other owner will obtain.
7. Reliance on Information Posted
The information presented on or through the Website is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Website.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, THE COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE WEBSITE ONLY. Vessels manufactured by the Company are covered by the Company's separate written limited warranty furnished with the vessel and available for review upon request prior to purchase. Nothing in this Section 8 disclaims, limits, modifies, or otherwise affects that written limited warranty, or any implied warranty arising in connection with the sale of a vessel. See our Warranty and Service page.
9. Limitation on Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THE COMPANY'S WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY FOR A VESSEL.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Website, including but not limited to any use of the Website's content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Martin County, Florida. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
12. Limitation on Time to File Claims
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED. This limitation does not apply to claims arising under the Company's written limited warranty for a vessel.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
14. Waiver
No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website. They do not supersede any signed build agreement between you and the Company.
16. Changes to the Terms of Use
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Ask the people who build the boats.
Questions about these policies, or about a boat? Send them over. You'll talk to someone who knows the boat inside and out, not a call center, not a dealer. Tell us how you fish and where you run, and we'll take it from there.
